Terms of Service

Welcome to Reelix! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Reelix mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Reelix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reelix, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Age Requirement

Reelix is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to individuals under 18 years of age.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Reelix on your personal mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use any automated system to access the App
• Share your User ID or coin balance with others

5. Coin Purchases

Reelix offers in-app purchases of coins that can be used to unlock premium features:

• No Subscriptions: Reelix does not offer subscription services. All purchases are one-time coin purchases
• Payment Processing: All coin purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
• Non-Refundable: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Pricing: Coin prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
• No Real-World Value: Coins have no value outside of the App and cannot be exchanged for cash

6. User Content and Data

You retain all rights to the content you create within the App, including:

• Transaction records and notes
• Photos and attachments
• Notebook content
• Savings plans

All user content is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data through your device's backup systems (iCloud, iTunes, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Reelix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Reelix SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any damage to your device or data
• Any financial decisions made based on information tracked in the App

The App is a tool for personal financial tracking and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

10. Data Backup and Loss

Since all your data is stored locally on your device:

• We strongly recommend regular backups through iCloud or iTunes
• We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other circumstances
• We cannot recover lost data if you uninstall the app or lose your device

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Release updates and new versions of the App

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Any coins or premium features associated with your account may be forfeited
• Data stored locally on your device will remain on your device unless you delete the App

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App should first be addressed by contacting us at the email below. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reelix regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
